Will joining a new Programme within your Partner network
require me to deposit additional funds?
No. Once you have joined one programme you may join additional Programmes
at no extra cost.
How do I revoke my customers Certificate and have my account
credited with the value of the revoked Certificate?
Please contact support@comodogroup.com with details of the order and reason
for revocation and we will swiftly revoke the Certificate and credit your
account with the original value paid for the Certificate.
How do I collect my FREE SSL Certificate?

Web Host Reseller Questions:
When I try to buy a Certificate through my Web Host Reseller
Account it takes me to a payment page, why?
It is probable that you are NOT purchasing the Certificate through your
Web Host Reseller account. Please ensure you click the Web Host Options
and then select from the main menu "Apply for a new (Product Name)
Certificate". All Web Host activity must be made after clicking Web
Host Options.
How do I make automated SSL Certificate requests, rather than
just use the online Management Console?

Reseller Questions:
Where do I get my Ordering URLs to display on my web pages?
You may view your Ordering URLs by logging into your Reseller Account
and selecting "View Ordering URLs". The Ordering URLs are used
to pass customers through to your white-labelled application process.
How do I change the banner displayed on my Reseller links?
Please email your new banner to support@comodogroup.com
including your Reseller order number and we will update our records with
your new banner.
How do I get contact info for orders that have been placed
through me?
Log into your Reseller Account and select "Run Report on Your Customers'
Orders" and your time period. You may then view customer details
for each order. Alternatively, if the customer has yet to be authorised
or rejected, click the "Authorize Customer Orders" and view
the order details accordingly.
How do I check on the status of an order that has been placed through
me?
Log into your Reseller Account and select "Run Report on Your Customers'
Orders". The status of a customer's order will be displayed within
the displayed details of each order.
