Trustix™ Operating System
Trustix� Operating System is the secure platform upon which the remainder of the core infrastructure applications within the Trustix� range are positioned. The consistent advantage of security and scalability is leveraged by each application in the range.
Security is paramount and by default Trustix� Operating System has no running services plus it has less setuid/setguid binaries than other distributions. A secure default configuration for each service has also been chosen that is still easy to use. Security through obscurity is not the case and services are not heavily modified.
